By agreeing to credit guide & quote and privacy policy you authorise us to collect and use your personal information for the purpose of providing you with credit assistance. Further you authorise us to disclose your personal information to credit providers for the purpose of them assessing an application for credit you have made to them.

What do we do :
We collect your personal information with the help of our website, phone, text, email and so on in order to assist you to make application with lenders for credit. Without it, Black Ocean Pty Ltd trading as Flawless Financial Services will not be able to consider your enquiry or provide credit assistance.
We have panel of lenders which we approach to seek finance for our customer. The panel of lenders are: Macquarie Leasing, Liberty Financial, Latitude Financial, ANZ Bank, Greenlight Auto Finance, Westpac Bank, GoGetta, Capify, Flexi Commercial, NOW Finance. It is customer’s obligation to provide true and correct information for us to be able to assist them the best we can. Please note that any advice given is a general advice and please take in to consideration your own circumstances before buying.
We consider your requirements, objectives and financial position in determining options that are not unsuitable for your purpose.
Time Frames :
Once we have required information from the customer we take 5 working days to obtain a decision on your application (in some cases it may take longer depending on complexity of case). However we generally tend to have quicker response that stated time frame.
Our appointment under the contract offered will stay effective only till a month unless the contract has been agreed upon.
We are obliged to retain relevant information for a period of 7 years from the date of acceptance of our Quote for services and we may also need to share this information with other organisations to fulfil the purposes identified (or purposes related to those purposes).
Fees & Commissions :

There are no upfront fees charged for your application. We are traditionally fee for service organisation, the fee is only charged if you do decide to proceed with the contract offered.There are no fees charged in the event of us not been able to get you approved for your credit application.There are application fee set by lenders, broking fee (maximum fee to be charged is $1,000), PPSR Fee set by lenders which are financed in the loan amount. There are monthly fees depending on lender that approves your application.The fees will be clearly stated on the contracts offered to the customer, if customer still have queries they can address it to their broker who can explain its relevance.Once you sign the contract you authorise to pay the fees and charges. |
Commissions |
We do get incentives from lenders which ranges from 0% to 10% to be paid by the lender at settlement of your loan.The amount of commission to be paid is only ascertainable once we know the net amount financed. The disclosure of commission, broking fees and any referral fee (to the introducer of the business) is disclosed in the Credit Proposal provided to the customer.We may be eligible for volume bonuses depending on us able to achieve the targets set by our aggregator. It can be in the form of real currency or in kind. |
Dispute Resolution :
We try to provide each and every customer with the highest quality standards of service each and every time. But we do understand that we cannot keep everyone happy all the time. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome provided by us you can than contact Financial Ombudsman Services. Financial Ombudsman Services also known as FOS is free to customers. They are external dispute resolution organization set up by ASIC in case customer is not satisfied by outcome provided by us. The Financial Ombudsman Service to which we are current members may be contacted by phoning: 1300 78 08 08 or emailing info@fos.org.au. Privacy Policy :
We obtain personal information from customer in order to seek relevant options for credit as requested by them. Personal information is highly sensitive and we make sure we take relevant measures to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you provide us with your privacy consent you provide us your permission to conduct credit check from Australia and New Zealand.
We may share your personal information to lenders, credit reporting agencies, all parties that may be able to assist you with your enquiry, parties related to back up support such as our compliance team, printer team, mailing houses and so on.
This Policy may change from time to time due to the nature of industry requiring frequent changes. Any changes to the policy will be updated accordingly and it will over ride previous policy. The copy of latest privacy policy will always be available on our website since it being incepted. Alternatively you can also request us to mail you a latest copy of policy should you require.
